This mystical wonderland of ocean, cliffs,forest, and stunning views starts with a beach walk and then a walk among the trees (~3-4 miles). We incorporate ways to integrate yoga into your walk without needing a mat or props while identifying wildflowers, flora, and fauna. Great for beginners or anyone brand new to yoga.Tips: Wear comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, dress in layers for cool weather, and bring a water bottle. Meet in the upper parking lot at San Simeon State Park. Rain or a really muddy trail cancels.All participants must sign a waiver (coming soon).About Sheri Kosh: Sheri is a E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor who lives in Cambria CA 6 months out of the year and the rest of the year in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland. She is a perpetually learning Master Naturalist, hopeful herbalist, and enjoys being outside as much as possible. She has completed Master Naturalist Programs for the Maryland State Park system, the West Virginia DNR, and the CalNat program.
